What’s the difference between pressure and power washing?

There is really no difference between the two terms. Either phrase can be substituted for our service. Don’t be concerned about the term “power” or “pressure". Our technicians are trained to use the proper pressure to clean each surface.

What is softwashing?

Unlike pressure washing, softwashing uses low-pressure pumps (softwashing uses about as much pressure as a regular garden hose) and a combination of biodegradable mildewcides, algaecides, and soaps that are custom-blended for your particular need. Softwashing is not only more effective, but it uses less water than power washing too!
Softwashing is the method recommended by most major insurers as well as the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturing Association (ARMA), so it won’t void your warranty!

Cleaning vinyl siding with our soft washing technique uses a mixture of eco-friendly chemicals and very low pressure. For some concrete cleaning jobs, we do not need any chemicals. Just good ole fashioned water pressure and a flat surface cleaner designed specifically for concrete cleaning. The deck cleaning chemicals we use depend on the type of deck and staining application that is currently being used.
